BEST GAME EVER SEEN: Home to Merthyr Tydfil (3-2) an end to end game from start to finish. WORST GAME EVER SEEN: Morecambe v Southport, Boxing day 2002. Lost 3-0 and really, we should have lost by a lot more. BEST OCCASIONS: Away at Harrogate Town. What a day it was! Outplayed a team with play off hopes to win the championship, plus it being on Yorkshire territory – of all places! WORST OCCASIONS: Northwich away, the day I realised Southport would now be playing Unibond football.
